1.1 Effectiveness of Agreement

2.1 Minimum Age

To register and use services on 78bdt, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. At the time of registration, the user voluntarily declares that they meet this age requirement. 78bdt may request identity verification at any time to confirm age.

2.2 Personal Eligibility

The following individuals may not open an account on 78bdt:

• Those who are on a self-exclusion list due to gambling addiction
• Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed by 78bdt
• Those involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities
• Employees of 78bdt, their family members, or associated individuals
• Those who are legally incapacitated under applicable law

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one 78bdt account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be cancelled.

3.1 Registration Information

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

78bdt may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time to ensure secure transactions. Failure to cooperate with this process or to submit the required documents may result in the account and withdrawal facility being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

78bdt accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions cannot be processed through any method other than these three mobile banking channels. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Likewise, the minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is also ৳500. No transaction below this amount will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may vary due to identity verification, technical reasons, or high traffic. 78bdt always aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

4.4 Account Ownership

For both deposits and withdrawals, the payment account used must be registered in the name of the 78bdt account holder. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be reversed.

4.5 Transaction Validity

In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, 78bdt reserves the right to reverse the payment, investigate the account, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. 78bdt does not permit any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

78bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 — winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable after this amount has been wagered. If this requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer comes with specific terms; read the terms before activating an offer
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met
• In cases of bonus abuse or violation of terms, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

78bdt's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their level of play and regularity. 78bdt reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. 78bdt reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error. Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sport or game.

6.2 Displayed Odds

Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply to the user's bet. 78bdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous, and in such cases the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Determining Game Outcomes

The outcomes of slot games and other casino games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. If you have any dispute regarding a result, please notify the support team — 78bdt is always committed to a fair resolution.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international competitions. If a match is abandoned or suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules — typically the stake is refunded.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or false information
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an advantage
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack
• Conducting transactions through third-party accounts
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by conspiring with other players
• Harassing or threatening platform staff or the support team
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes

8.1 Account Closure by 78bdt

78bdt may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for rule violations, fraud, breach of terms, or any other valid reason. In the case of a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited; for other reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

8.2 Account Closure Request by User
